Do you have any recommendations for websites or other forum for finding furnished lettings for 3 to 12 months in Roma, Hipodromo, Condesa?

Hi Greg: I would try Air BnB or Craigslist. As far as I know, a forum for Mexico City sublets doesn’t exist yet. If you’re interested in a larger place, a friend of mine also rents out her furnished three-bedroom apartment in Condesa for extended stays — if you want I can pass you her email address. Best of luck!

Lesley, thank you for the reply. Please feel free to pass on my contact details, and thank you for offering. 3 BR is large, but I like space. I return home to London Thursday, but will be back in Mexico 7 Sept until Christmas holidays, and then back in January for an extended period.

    All the best. Greg

Hi. Our family is moving to Mexico City for my husbands job. In August. We have four school aged children. Are hoping to get into ASF. We would like to be close to school. Do you have recommendations for where to look for house or apartment? Advice, insight, etc. thx! We are very excited for this amazing adventure;)

Hi Dani! I’d recommend getting in touch with the Newcomer’s Club of Mexico City — they’re a club of English-speakers, mostly expats, and they’re great at exactly this sort of advice. (You do have to join in order to get it; the price is around $50 USD a year.) Many members are families with children who attend ASF. You should be able to sign up online. Just off the top of my head, it seems like most people with school-aged children live in Polanco and Lomas de Chapultepec. Hope that helps and good luck!
